We’re growing and looking for a Project Manager (Healthcare preferred) who leads from within. Someone steady. Someone efficient. Someone that sees the full field. Someone who takes pride in managing projects the right way and brings others with them.

What You’ll Do
You will:
- Manage the multiple projects to ensure we can build it right the first time, as planned.
- Manage within the team to ensure partners are on board & aligned, materials are procured, and stakeholders are working together.
Without you, tasks feel daunting and uncoordinated. The team is reactive. Projects become chaotic.
You’ll work side by side with Preconstruction, Project Engineers, Field Engineers, Superintendents, Trade Partners, Architects, Engineers, Designers, Owners, Inspectors, etc.

Qualifications
- Healthcare project experience is preferred
- Procore experience is preferred
- 3-7+ years of experience in commercial construction.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A proactive approach to teamwork and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Well versed in construction drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Solutions-oriented mindset and positive attitude
